Zynga Insurance for Paying Customers

This petition is for users of the Zynga Network games available on social networks such as Facebook and MySpace.There are many paying customers to the Zynga Games Network that use social Networks such as Facebook. Facebook is a free social networking site that frequently appears to be very unsocial. They have nothing but email addresses to appeal disabled accounts and they appear to rarely to never check these email addresses nor respond to inquiries about problems with accounts. Most people seem to receive their accounts back within a two week period if they are disabled. However, there are the select few who have found that their accounts are never reinstated or reinstated after the cutoff for when their Zynga network games will remain idle on the server. Those people who pay to play Zynga network games should have more recourse than to wait out that 90 days in hopes that Facebook will respond to their inquiries or reinstate the accounts. It is not an unreasonable expectation to be given more insurance through Zynga Games that if something like this should occur that there should be a 2 week maximum that paying Zynga customers should expect to wait to receive compensation to rebuild an equivalent gaming account on another user account. If one purchases a game within a retail environment there is an expectation of being able to play that game without it being removed. We understand that Zynga has no control over the social networks who host their games but Zynga does have the power and control to offer equivalent compensation for time and money lost on their applications if such a thing should happen.This petition is to seek compensation and fair business practices from an organization that we pay money for their services. Specifically, this petition is to have a Zynga contact person within Facebook who can assist with reinstating these accounts should this happen or to offer paying customers compensation on another account in the form of Godfather points, Loot, and Money in the various cities to rebuild an equivalent account. It seems that it would cost Zynga nothing to do this accept a little time in allocating GF points, loot and money from their end to an account specified as replacement for a lost account.
